PROSPECTS OF TEACHING ENGLISH FOR PROFESSIONAL PURPOSES IN NON – PHILOLOGICAL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
To ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 4, 2019 (No. PD-200), and the order No. 16 issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan on January 18, 2024, international scientific and practical conferences are planned to be held at the institute. On February 15, 2025, the conference titled“Prospects of Teaching English for Professional Purposes (ESP) in Non-Philological Higher Education Institutions: Problems and Solutions” will be held at the Department of English, Faculty of Economics, at the “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” National Research University. This event will focus on discussing the various challenges and potential solutions in the field of ESP education within non-philological higher education institutions, in accordance with the guidelines outlined in Annex 1.
