In this work, the pedagogical conditions necessary for improving students' competence in using digital technologies are analyzed based on a differential approach. Advanced foreign experiences were studied and recommendations were developed for their adaptation to the local education system. The research highlights the possibilities of improving students' competence based on modern educational technologies, distance learning methods, and innovative approaches.
