EVALUATION OF CURRENT REFORMS IN THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR AND IMPROVEMENT OF PRIMARY HEALTHCARE SERVICES
Abstract
This article focuses on evaluating the current healthcare reforms, with an emphasis on improving primary healthcare services in Uzbekistan. The paper examines the key aspects of the reforms aimed at enhancing the accessibility, quality, and effectiveness of healthcare at the primary level. The research methodology includes an analysis of the current state of the healthcare system, as well as an assessment of the impact of the reforms on service quality improvement. The main findings indicate the successful implementation of digital technologies, the upgrading of medical staff qualifications, and improvements in infrastructure. However, challenges remain in ensuring equal access to medical services and the sustainability of the system. The significance of the study lies in providing recommendations for further improvements in healthcare, which could strengthen the national healthcare system and improve the quality of life for the population.
