Ayniqsa, yuqori sinf o'quvchilari o'rtasidagi munosabatlar turli xil psixologik omillar ta'sirida murakkablashishi mumkin. Bu maqolada yuqori sinflarda konfliktlarni boshqarishning psixologik mexanizmlari, ulardan foydalanish yo'llari va samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan usullar ko'rib chiqiladi. Yuqori sinflarda konfliktlarni boshqarishning psixologik mexanizmlari yoshlar psixologiyasini, o‘quvchilar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro munosabatlarni, va jamoaviy muhitni o‘rganish orqali rivojlantirilgan usullar va yondashuvlarni qamrab oladi.
