Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim tizimidagi pedagog-xodimlarning ish faoliyatini baholashda KPI (kalit ko’rsatkichlar samaradorligi) tizimidan foydalanish samaradorligi ko’rib chiqiladi. Sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarini axborot tizimiga integratsiya qilish orqali pedagoglarning ish samaradorligini nazorat qilish va tahlil qilish jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish imkoniyatlari o’rganiladi. Maqolada mavjud tizimlarning kamchiliklari tahlil qilinib, zamonaviy texnologiyalarning bu sohada qo’llanish istiqbollari haqida tavsiyalar berilgan.
