Maqolada masofaviy ta'lim jarayonida talabalarda ishonch hissini shakllantirishning psixologik xususiyatlari o'rganiladi. Bu o'quvchilarning faolligini, motivatsiyasini va o'quv muvaffaqiyatini oshirish uchun juda muhim bo'lgan ta'lim jarayoniga ishonch muhimligini ta'kidlaydi. Ishonch uchta asosiy omilga asoslanadi: ishonchlilik, malaka va hissiy yordam. Maqolada ishonchni rivojlantirishda o‘qituvchi va talaba munosabatlari, texnologiyadan foydalanish va tengdoshlarning o‘zaro munosabatlari o‘rni ko‘rsatilgan. Shuningdek, u avtonomiya va tuzilma o'rtasidagi muvozanatni, aniq kutish va fikr-mulohazalarning ahamiyatini va o'quvchilarda hissiy barqarorlikka bo'lgan ehtiyojni o'rganadi. Hujjat samarali va qo'llab-quvvatlovchi masofaviy ta'lim muhitini yaratishda ishonchni mustahkamlash strategiyalarining ahamiyatini ta'kidlash bilan yakunlanadi.
