Mazkur maqolada art terapiyaning ruhiy kasalliklarni davolash jarayonidagi ahamiyati va samaradorligi o‘rganiladi. Art terapiya orqali bemorlarning hissiy holatini yaxshilash, ichki qarama-qarshiliklarni hal qilish va psixologik tiklanishga erishish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotlar va amaliy tajribalar asosida art terapiyaning ijobiy ta‘sirlari, qo‘llash usullari hamda uning turli yosh guruhlarida samara berishi tahlil qilinadi.
