Ushbu maqolada yuqori sinf o‘qituvchilarida stressga chidamlilik va konfliktlarni boshqarishning psixologik xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Stress va stressga chidamlilik tushunchalari, shuningdek, konfliktlarni boshqarish usullari nazariy jihatdan yoritilgan. Maqolada stressga chidamlilikning o‘qituvchilarning konfliktlarni konstruktiv hal qilish qobiliyatiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, yuqori sinf o‘qituvchilarining stressga chidamlilik darajasi va ular tomonidan qo‘llaniladigan konflikt boshqarish strategiyalari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik tadqiq etilgan. Maqola pedagoglarning stress menejmenti va konfliktlarni boshqarish kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar bilan yakunlanadi.
