Abstract

 Sharq mutafakkirlari asarlari insoniyat madaniyati va ilmiy merosining noyob durdonalaridir. Ustoz-shogird munosabatlari Sharq falsafasi va ta’lim tizimida alohida o‘rin tutadi. Ushbu maqolada Ibn Sino, Al-Farobiy, Al-Buxoriy, Ahmad Donish kabi buyuk mutafakkirlar asarlarida ustoz-shogird masalalarining qanday yoritilgani, ularning pedagogik ahamiyati va zamonaviy ta’limdagi o‘rni tahliliy nuqtai nazardan ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada shuningdek, ustoz-shogird munosabatlarining bugungi ta’lim tizimiga tatbiqi haqida fikr yuritiladi. Mazkur maqolada Sharq mutafakkirlarining asarlarida ustoz-shogird munosabatlari qanday yoritilgani tahlil qilinadi. Buyuk mutafakkirlarning pedagogik qarashlari, ustozning jamiyatdagi o‘rni va shogirdning ilm olish jarayonidagi mas’uliyati haqida fikr yuritiladi. Ushbu yondashuvlarning bugungi ta’lim jarayonidagi ahamiyati ham ko‘rib chiqiladi.
