Maqolada mintaqamiz iqlim sharoitlarida o’xshash davlatlarda kichik quvvatli shamol energetik qurilmalaridan foydalanishni hozirgi holati, rivojlanish istiqbollari haqida ma’lumotlar, vertikal o’qli shamol energetik qurilmalarini ishlab chiqish va takomillashtirish bo’yicha olib borilgan ilmiy tadqiqot ishlari va kuchsiz shamol oqimlariga moslashtirilgan vertikal o’qli shamol energetik qurilmalari konstruksiyasini takomillashtirish orqali samaradorligini oshirish tadqiqot natijalari keltirilgan. Bunda NACA0015 aerodinamik sirtli shamol parraklarini modifikatsiya qilish va shamol parraklarini shamol g’ildiragi aylanasi urinmasiga nisbatan optimal 5° o’rnatish orqali kuchsiz shamol oqimlarida qurilmani samaradorligini 3…5 % gacha oshirish uslubiyoti keltirilgan.
