Ushbu maqolada yosh davrlarida shaxsiy o‘ziga xoslikning shakllanishi masalasi ilmiy nazariya va amaliy tajribalar asosida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola tarkibida bolalar va o‘smirlarning shaxsiyati, psixologik rivojlanish jarayonlari va tarbiya muhitining bu jarayonga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotlar natijalariga asoslanib, oilaviy tarbiya, pedagogik yondashuvlar, ijtimoiy muhit va madaniy omillar kabi omillar shaxsiy o‘zlik shakllanishida qanday o‘rin tutishini ko‘rsatib berishga intiladi. Shuningdek, maqolada bolalar psixikasining rivojlanish bosqichlari va yosh davriga xos psixologik jarayonlar, innovatsion pedagogik usullar va o‘qituvchilar hamda tarbiyachilarning roli haqida ham so‘z yuritiladi.
